1. Search for your ideal apartment on our website or any other platform.
2. Select the apartment you’d like to visit and put our name as the referring agent on the guest card during your tour to ensure you receive the rebate.
3. Once you submit an application, make sure to put our company name (Texas Signature Realty/Wael Alwazir) as the referring agent on the application.
4. Once approved, visit our website and submit the Rebate Form by coming to this page. See below.
5. After submitting the Rebate Form, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt and approval of the form along with a Rebate Agreement.
6. In addition to the rebate, you can earn an additional $100 by referring us to someone who also leases through us. Once they are approved, you will receive a $100 bounce.
7. Rebate Denial: Rebate could be denied if the selected apartment management company doesn’t offer a referral fee and an email will be sent to confirm that and explain the reason why the request for approval was denied
