Terms of Service

By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Rebate Approval: After submitting the Rebate form, please allow up to 48 hours to receive approval. The request for a rebate could be denied if the selected apartment management company doesn’t offer a referral fee. However, you are still qualified to earn $100 bounce if the referred person uses our service and gets approved.
  2. Eligibility: The rebate offer is available to all users who select an apartment, use our service as a referring agent, and fill out the Rebate form correctly. You must also comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
  3. Rebate Payment: Upon approval, you will receive a Rebate Agreement via email. The rebate will be paid within 2-3 months after moving into your new apartment. The amount of the rebate is $300.
  4. Referral bounce: If you refer our service to someone and they use our service and get approved, you will receive a $100 bounce. 
  5. Limitations: The rebate offer is subject to limitations, including but not limited to the availability of referral fees from the apartment management company. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the rebate offer at any time, without notice.
  6. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third party, except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
  7. Disclaimer: We make no guarantees or representations regarding the availability, quality, or suitability of any apartment or property listed on our website. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our service.

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
